~ Problem Solving.
The ability to collect data, analyze, interpret and explain the results to solve a problem or suggest the next steps that should be taken, is termed as problem solving.
The recruiter may give you a real life problem, and ask you how will you solve this issue?
You have to convince them with your answers and showcase that you are resourceful and you are able to creatively solve problems that will inevitably arise. You need to convince them that you will take ownership of problems and you will not leave them for someone else.
You need to prove that you can handle the stress that accompanies deadlines and crises. You will be able to do your best work and come through in a pinch.
You should be accountable to wrong decision if they ever strike you but at the same time learn to right the wrong.
