Logic Of The Day: 28/08/2017.
Self improvement is the study and practice of improving one’s life, especially our career, education, relationships, health, happiness, productivity, spirituality, and other personal goals. Common aspects of self improvement include goal setting, motivation, changing habits, improving awareness, identifying one’s values and beliefs, and self-actualization.
There are two pulls in the Human Condition; to stay where we are and Consolidate what we have or to Discover what is still Possible, what we could Achieve, how far we could go.
The Result of these two Opposing pulls is that some of us- Perhaps the Majority choose the Path of Safety and Security while Wondering what we might have Missed.
Others Take Risks, go on Adventures, Seek to Maximize what they Possess, even at the Expense of a Quiet Life.
Managing the Discovery of Potential at Minimum Risk is the Skill of Self Improvement.
